Tajfun designed the EGV-55AHK as a rugged, reliable, get-the-job-done winch for landscape professionals and smaller logging operations; in their words an "indispensable machine for every logger." Additionally, the EGV-55AHK features Tajfun's self-contained electro-hydraulic control system that allows you to control winch operations with a hand-held pendant from the seat of the tractor (requires 12V hookup to tractor). Add an optional remote control and you can control your winch from up to 300 feet away.

TAJFUN Hydraulic Winches (AHK) feature a self contained electro hydraulic system to operate the winch clutch and brake, and use a control pendant (standard equipment) or a radio remote control (optional equipment). Radio remote control allows remote control of the winch (without any further need to access the winch or tractor) or remote control of the tractor (engine revolution control, tractor engine start and stop, P.T.O. Shaft activation – these functions must be installed by an authorized service).
